The harp ensemble class meets on the second Saturday of each month from 9:30 am to 11:15am. at Hume Music Store in Lawrence, Kansas.

Attendees should be at least at the advanced beginner level. Performance skills, ensemble skills, and increased repertoire are taught. Ensemble playing develops important aspects of musical knowledge including counting, playing as part of a group, listening to each other and following a director.

The ensemble performed for several events last year. The highlight of the year was our joint concert with the Advent Lutheran HandBell Choir for a Harp and Bells Christmas Concert. This will be an annual event.

The ensemble offers a wonderful learning experience and an avenue for students to become acquainted with other harpists.
